Radon is a real issue here. Every Iowa county is in EPA Radon Zone 1, and radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer. Homeowners needed honest information and fair prices. So we built our process around the free virtual estimate. You send photos and your test result, and we send back a system design and a flat-rate price. Only then do you decide whether to book. Our pricing is mid-market to highly competitive, and it consistently undercuts larger franchise competitors. Ten years later, we've just celebrated our 10th anniversary of serving Central Iowa residents and small businesses. We're still based at 1275 W Highway 1, Iowa City, IA 52240, with our strongest presence in Johnson and Linn counties and a service area that stretches from Dallas County to Dubuque and from Story to Scott. ![Radon technicians loading pipe and fans into a work van outside the Iowa City shop](https://placehold.co/800x900/f4f8f8/0b2545?text=Radon+technicians+loading+PVC+pipe+and+radon+fans+into+work+van+outside+Iowa+City+shop+on+early+morning) Our Mission To safeguard families and properties by delivering effective, high-quality environmental safety solutions. We pair technical skill with real customer care. That means measuring carefully, explaining plainly and standing behind every install. ### Price First Free virtual estimates mean you know your flat-rate price before anyone visits. ### No Pressure We explain the numbers and let you decide.
