How does a free virtual radon estimate work?
You send photos and basic details of your home (foundation type, basement or crawlspace, sump, and your radon result), and we reply with a flat-rate price. You only book an on-site visit after you have that estimate.
How much does radon mitigation cost in Iowa City?
Radon mitigation in Iowa City is priced at a flat rate set by your foundation type, the number of suction points, pipe routing and whether you have a sump or crawlspace. Our pricing consistently undercuts larger franchise competitors, and you get the exact price free through a virtual estimate.
Can you test quickly for a home sale?
Yes. We schedule real estate radon tests quickly to fit inspection contingency windows and explain the closed-house conditions the home needs during the test.
When can I reach you?
Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and our customer support line is available 24 hours a day for booking and questions.
Do you serve Des Moines and Ankeny, or only Iowa City?
We serve both. Johnson and Linn counties are our home base, and we regularly work across Polk, Dallas and Warren counties, including Des Moines, Ankeny, Waukee and Indianola. Virtual estimates make distance a non-issue.
